ALAN HENRY - Water lightly stained; 57 degrees; 0.14' low. Black bass are fair on shad colored spinnerbaits and black/chanteuse jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on live bait.

AMISTAD - Water clear; 67 degrees; 1.12' high. Black bass are fair on spinnerbaits, crankbaits, soft plastics, and jigs. Striped bass are good on Rat-L-Traps and slabs. White bass are good on Rat-L-Traps and slabs. Catfish are good on cheesebait and nightcrawlers over baited holes in 15 - 35 feet. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines and droplines baited with live perch. If anyone in your boat is fishing and you are on the Mexico side of the lake, all people in the boat must have a Mexico fishing license.

ARROWHEAD - Water lightly stained; 58 degrees; 5.43' low. Black bass are fair on chatterbaits and crankbaits off rocky points. Crappie are good on jigs fished deep off the derricks. White bass are fair while schooling - chasing shad on the surface early and late. Blue catfish are fair on juglines and fishing with cut shad on flats.

ATHENS - Water lightly stained, 53-58 degrees; 0.62' low. Black bass are fair on chrome Rat-L-Traps, finesse jigs and drop shot rigs. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are good on cut and prepared bait.

BASTROP - Water lightly stained. Black bass are very good on watermelon red and watermelon gold soft plastics. Crappie are fair on minnows and green tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are good on liver and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.

BOB SANDLIN - Water fairly clear; 52-57 degrees; 0.54' low. Black bass are fair on wacky rigs, Rat-L-Traps and Senkos. White bass are good on slabs and Rooster Tails. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs around the Hwy 21 bridge columns a few cranks off the bottom. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and cut bait.

BRAUNIG - Water stained; 71 degrees. Black bass are slow. Striped bass are fair on live shad. Redfish are fair on live perch and shad near the dam. Channel catfish are good on chicken livers, shrimp, and cut shad. Blue catfish are good on cut bait.

BRIDGEPORT - Water fairly clear; 52-57 degrees; 7.21' low. Black bass are good on chrome Rat-L-Traps, Texas rigs and medium diving crankbaits White bass are good on slabs and live bait. Catfish are fair to good on cut bait.

BROWNWOOD - Water clear; 70 degrees; 4.44' low. Black bass are good on small crankbaits and tequila sunrise worms over brush piles in 10 - 25 feet. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are good on Li'l Fishies and minnows. Crappie are fair on minnows and blue/white tube jigs. Channel catfish are very good on frozen shrimp and stinkbait over baited holes in 15 - 25 feet. Yellow catfish are slow.

BUCHANAN - Water clear; 70 degrees; 14.88' low. Black bass are good on Ľoz. Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Traps, Texas rigged weightless watermelon/blue flake Whacky Sticks, pumpkin/chartreuse Curb's jigs, and smoke/red flake JDC Spider Grubs on stump flats in 2 - 8 feet. Striped bass are good on Spoiler Shads (plastic swim baits), Rat-L-Traps, jigging Pirk Minnows, and drifting or free lining live bait in 25 - 40 feet. White bass are fair on Tiny Traps and 2in. plastic swim baits along the river channel and in deep creeks. Crappie are fair on crappie jigs and live minnows over brush piles in 12 - 15 feet. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live goldfish.

CADDO - Water off color; 52-58 degrees; 0.59' high. Black bass are fair to good on spinnerbaits, chatterbaits and Senkos. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. White bass are good on minnows and Rooster Tails. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers.

CALAVERAS - Water stained; 71 degrees. Black bass are slow. Striped bass are fair on live shad. Redfish are fair on live perch, shad, and spoons in 15 - 25 feet. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are very good on chicken livers, shrimp, and cut shad. Yellow catfish are slow.

CANYON LAKE - Water clear; 70 degrees; 10.32' low. Black bass are very good on Rat-L-Traps and P.B.J plastic stickbaits over flats and along break lines creeks and bays in 2 - 10 feet, and on green pumpkin Whacky Sticks on jigheads and Texas rigged blue flake Scoundrel worms on shaky head jigs along bluffs inside secondary points. Striped bass are fair to good vertically jigging Pirk Minnows in the lower end of the lake, and on Spoiler Shads and Red Fins. Smallmouth bass are good on JDC tomato red curl tail grubs on jigheads, smoke/red flake tubes, and 3/16oz. pumpkin Curb's jigs with matching drop shot worms along ledges and over rock piles in 6 - 15 feet. Crappie are fair on minnows and crappie jigs upriver. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are fair on live bait.

CEDAR CREEK - Water stained; 53-58 degrees; 2.3' low. Black bass are fair on spinnerbaits, Rat-L-Traps and Texas Rigs. White bass are good on slabs. Hybrid striper are fair to good on large slabs jigged vertically. Crappie are good over brush piles. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers.

CHOKE CANYON - Water lightly stained; 72 degrees; 4.86' low. Black bass are fair on watermelon, pumpkinseed, and tequila sunrise soft plastics and spinnerbaits in 10 - 20 feet. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and white/pink tube jigs. Drum are fair on live worms. Channel and blue catfish are good on frozen shrimp, liver, and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are fair on live perch.

COLEMAN - Water clear; 71 degrees; 5.28' low. Black bass are good on tequila sunrise soft plastics, and fair on spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Hybrid striper are good on minnows and white/blue Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are good on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are fair on stinkbait, nightcrawlers, and frozen shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.

COLETO CREEK - Water clear; 70 degrees (77 degrees at discharge); 3.61' low. Black bass are slow. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with live perch and worms. Yellow catfish are good on trotlines baited with perch.

COLORADO CITY - Water clear; 60 degrees; 6.13' low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow. White bass are slow. Catfish are slow.

COLORADO RIVER - (Above Lake Buchanan) Water clear. Black bass are slow. Striped bass are slow. White bass are good on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are good on liver, stinkbait, and shrimp in deep holes.

CONROE - Water murky; 0.91' low. Black bass are good on watermelon red soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and Rat-L-Traps in 20 - 30 feet. Striped bass are fair on live minnows. Crappie are good on minnows and green tube jigs. Catfish are fair on stinkbait and shrimp.

COOPER - Water stained; 52-57 degrees; 5.13' low. Black bass are fair on wacky rigs, Rat-L-Traps and drop shot rigs. Crappie are fair on jigs and minnows over brush piles. White bass are fair to good on slabs. Hybrid striper are fair on slabs and live shad. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and cut bait.

FAIRFIELD - Water fairly clear; 74-88 degrees. No report available.

FALCON - Water murky in the north end, clear from Marker 13 south; 69 degrees. Black bass are good on large worms and Senkos, Rat-L-Traps and slow rolled spinnerbaits of points and in the coves and creeks. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on cut bait and shrimp upriver. Yellow catfish are slow. FAYETTE - Water clear; 71 degrees. Black bass are good on watermelon gold, watermelon red, and plum Carolina rigged Finesse worms, and on topwaters over grass. Channel and blue catfish are slow.

FORK - Water lightly stained; 53-58 degrees; 0.63' low. Black bass are fair on Carolina rigs, spoons, jigs and spinnerbaits. Crappie are fair to good on minnows and jigs around the bridge columns. Catfish are fair on cut and prepared baits.

FT. PHANTOM HILL - Water clear; 59 degrees; 0.52' low. Black bass are fair on live bait. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. White bass are fair. Catfish are fair on prepared baits.

GIBBONS CREEK - Water clear. Black bass are good on watermelon red and watermelon gold soft plastics and Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are fair on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait, shrimp, and liver.

GRANBURY - Water clear; 1.57' low. Black bass are fair on watermelon red soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. Striped bass are fair on minnows and chartreuse striper jigs. White bass are fair on minnows and small spinnerbaits. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are good on shrimp, stinkbait, and live minnows.

GRANGER - Water murky; 62 degrees; 3.31' low. Black bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs in 15 - 20 feet. Blue catfish are fair on fresh shad. Yellow catfish are slow.

GRAPEVINE - Water off color; 53-58 degrees; 6.51' low. Black bass are fair to good on Rat-L-Traps, Texas rigs, shallow running shad pattern crankbaits and wacky rigs. Crappie are fair to good on minnows and jigs. White bass are good on slabs. Catfish are fair to good on cut bait and nightcrawlers.

GREENBELT - Water lightly stained; 50 degrees; 27.23' low. Black bass are slow on shad colored crankbaits along secondary points, and black/blue jigs along tree lines during mid-day. Crappie are good on jigs and minnows. White bass are fair on live bait and small crankbaits. Smallmouth bass are fair on shad colored crankbaits along channels and points. Walleye are good on live bait. Catfish are good on minnows and prepared bait.

HOUSTON COUNTY - Water clear; 67 degrees; 0.50' high. Black bass are fair on silver and blue topwaters and Pop-R's near the dam and marina early and late. White bass are good on live minnows. Crappie are good on live minnows off piers in the southwest cove near the marina at night. Bream are good on live worms near grass beds. Channel and blue catfish are good off piers in the southwest cove near the marina.

HUBBARD CREEK - Water lightly stained; 60 degrees; 2.45' low. Black bass are fair on white spinnerbaits along shallow stickups and timber. Crappie are fair on jigs and minnows. White bass and hybrid striper are good on live bait and crankbaits. Catfish are good on live bait.

JOE POOL - Water off color; 53-58 degrees; 2.25' low. Black bass are good on firetiger crankbaits, Texas rigs, Rat-L-Traps and shaky head jigs with a finesse soft plastic. Crappie are fair to good on minnows and jigs. White bass are good on slabs. Catfish are fair to good on prepared baits and cut shad.
